Privacy Policy

We only hold information you actively give us. Depending on how you use the site, that can include:

• Contact and enquiry details — your name and email when you submit a lead or contact form, so we can reply to you and arrange a call.
• Black Swan Assessment™ answers — the responses you give in the on-site assessment, plus your name and email, so we can calculate your Navigator Score, show your result, and email you your report.
• Newsletter and webinar sign-ups — your email address when you opt in to insights, the podcast, or the webinar library, so we can send the content you asked for.
• Founder Network applications — the name, email, a link, your role or business, and your reasons for applying, so we can review your application.
• Basic usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated information about how pages are used (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

• To respond to your enquiry, booking, assessment request or application (your request / steps towards a contract).
• To send resources, reports and updates you have asked for or opted in to (your consent).
• To run and improve the website using privacy-friendly analytics, only after you accept (your consent).

We keep tracking to a minimum. We use PostHog for product analytics in a cookieless configuration — it does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and session recording is switched off. Analytics only start after you select “Accept” on our cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics are collected.

The only thing we store in your browser without asking is a single, strictly necessary entry that remembers your cookie choice, so we don’t ask you on every visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, and the banner will appear again.

We send emails (assessment reports, confirmations, resources and occasional insights) using Resend, an email delivery provider. Report and confirmation emails are transactional and relate directly to something you requested. Any marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send spam.

When you book a call, we use Calendly to schedule it; the details you enter there are processed by Calendly to confirm your appointment. If you join our community, that is hosted on Circle, which has its own account and privacy terms. Following those links takes you to services with their own privacy policies.

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the site and our communications. They process data only on our instructions:

• PostHog — cookieless website analytics.
• Resend — sending assessment reports and emails.
• Calendly — scheduling calls you book.
• Circle — hosting the community, if you choose to join.
• Managed cloud database and hosting — securely storing form submissions and running the site.

Some of these providers are based outside the EU (for example, in the United States). Where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, to stay in touch about your enquiry, deliver what you asked for, or while you remain subscribed — or until you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to withdraw consent, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email maurice@intuitiveleader.net. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
