Maurice Jenkens is the founder of The Intuitive Leader™. He is a B2B sales and leadership consultant, keynote speaker, podcaster, coach and the creator of Decoding Intuition™. He works with founders, CEOs and teams on trust, psychological safety and high-performance, and on the science of intuition for better decisions during uncertainty. Based in Stockholm, working in English, Dutch and Swedish.
25 years ago I went through a corporate burnout. The recovery became an inner growth journey about trust, psychological safety and decision-making in sales and business. I had to learn to trust myself and my own intuitive signals again, and that inner work is still at the core of how I help my clients today.
It is all about trust: self-trust as a leader, trust from clients, high-trust teams, and trusting your gut on tough decisions. Through my work with founders and leaders, and my research with scientists, one thing became clear: it is the key to high performance and better decisions, for individuals and teams alike.

Most work in this space is either soft or purely analytical. Mine sits in between: the science of trust and intuition, made usable for real leaders under pressure. I also work the opposite of trust, the doubt, anxiety and fear that block performance.
