Maurice Jenkens is the founder of The Intuitive Leader™. He is a B2B sales and leadership consultant, keynote speaker, podcaster, coach and the creator of Decoding Intuition™. He works with founders, CEOs and teams on trust, psychological safety and high-performance, and on the science of intuition for better decisions during uncertainty. My story in short
Corporate burnout as a teacher
25 years ago I went through a corporate burnout. The recovery became an inner growth journey about trust, psychological safety and decision-making in sales and business. I had to learn to trust myself and my own intuitive signals again, and that inner work is still at the core of how I help my clients today.
Through my work with founders and leaders, and my research with scientists, one thing became clear: trust is the key to high performance and better decisions, for individuals and teams alike. That is why it sits at the core of everything I do, from self-leadership to high-performing teams and stronger sales.
To build trust, you have to face its enemies, doubt, anxiety, fear.

Most work in this space is either soft or purely analytical. Mine sits in between: the science of trust and intuition, made usable for real leaders under pressure. I also work the opposite of trust, the doubt, anxiety and fear that block performance.
