The full assessment builds your complete Navigator Score across three layers: what you say about yourself in a specially designed self-assessment, how you behave in live two separate 1-1 calls with Maurice, and the deeper emotional patterns and blind spots our AI-supported method surfaces beneath both. You receive a personalised report and guidance on your biases and decisions.
Your score is built from patterns analysed against a consistent observation framework across three layers and based on 5 main pillars, one of those being 'self-awareness'.
Your responses and sessions are used only to generate your own assessment and are never shared with others. You can always ask to be forgotten and your data will be deleted from my database.
